Launchpad Counselling Inc. exists to increase quality counselling in Vancouver. We do that by investing in outstanding new counsellors.

Each year we award the Launchpad Fellowship to a small number of newly registered clinical counsellors, chosen for their years of experience in helping professions, their training, and their commitment to the craft. For one year, fellows receive supervision, consultation, and practical support from experienced counsellors as they serve individuals, couples, children, and families. At the end of the year they launch independent practices of their own and remain part of our community of practice, so each cohort strengthens the next.

We are passionate about this work, and we believe well-supported counsellors give better care. Clients deserve counselling that is personal, skilled, and deeply compassionate, and counsellors deserve to begin their careers with colleagues beside them and a practice they can sustain for a lifetime. No counsellor launches alone.
